Postpartum Culinary Care

Healthy, seasonal, convenient … and made with love.

Postpartum Culinary Care is for the highly discerning woman in the final weeks of pregnancy who cares deeply about how she and her family are nourished, has already saved the recipes and thought through the freezer prep, and is realizing that every solution she has found still leaves her responsible for making it happen.

You have probably already thought about the food.

You have saved the postpartum recipes. Maybe you have a freezer-prep list, a grocery list, screenshots of broths and breakfasts and snacks you want to make. You have thought about a meal train, family helping, your partner handling dinner, maybe a meal-delivery service.

The problem is that most of those options still leave you responsible for making it all happen. You are still deciding, organizing, explaining, shopping, planning, or answering questions.

Pregnancy & postpartum

Before your baby arrives, I learn how you actually eat: your preferences, aversions, ingredient standards, sensitivities, household, partner, and any established practitioner guidance, so you do not have to explain yourself from scratch once you are postpartum.

Then each week, deeply personalized meals, breakfast, and nourishing extras arrive portioned, labeled, and ready to heat, with the planning, sourcing, cooking, storage guidance, and adaptation already handled.

Food is already handled.

You open the refrigerator after a long feed and there is food there that already makes sense for you.

Your partner can heat dinner without asking what to make, what you can eat, or what needs to happen next.

From menu planning to execution, we're here to make your event truly memorable. Let's turn your gathering into a delicious experience. Get in touch and let's start planning!

Personalized means I make culinary and logistical decisions around the actual person, not simply check a dietary-preference box.

I do not start with a preset menu and ask you to make yourself fit inside it. I listen to how you eat, what your days actually look like, what your household needs, what has been hard during pregnancy, and what would make food easier once your baby is here.

How it works

We have a consultation where I learn how you eat, what you like, what you do not like, your household rhythms, dietary needs, practitioner guidance, and what kind of support would actually be useful.

Before your baby arrives

After our call, I create a personalized proposal with the cadence and level of support I recommend for you.

I build your care plan

I handle the menu planning, sourcing, cooking, packaging, and delivery. As your appetite, recovery, or needs change, the food changes with you.

Culinary care, not clinical care

My work is grounded in a clear distinction between culinary support and clinical care. I do not diagnose or prescribe.

When you have established guidance from a qualified practitioner, I learn it and translate it into food that actually works in your day-to-day life.

My professional culinary experience spans restaurant kitchens and private-chef work, including pastry work in a Michelin-starred restaurant, head-chef roles, restaurant management, and years of cooking directly for private households.

I cook with organic ingredients and pay close attention to quality, seasonality, preferences, sensitivities, and the small details that make food feel like it was actually made for you.
